Chiara Bitetti

 

ANALYST

Chiara Bitetti is a specialist in international politics and conflict resolution with an in-depth knowledge of and practical experience in the Middle East and North Africa region. She has been collaborating with NGOs, EU bodies and foreign governments. Ms. Bitetti has conducted research on civil and political rights in Morocco, Egypt, Palestine, Israel and Jordan. She is interested in the role of national governments and the impacts of their policies on society, as well as their relationship with IGOs regarding global governance, security and migration.

Ms. Bitetti is currently working as a Political and Security Risk Analyst for a threat intelligence platform, covering the Sub-Saharan Africa. She speaks Arabic, English, Spanish, and Italian. She is an alumna of the School of Politics, promoted by the Italian Research and Legislation Agency, AREL. Ms. Bitetti holds a BA in International Relations and a MSc in Politics of Conflict, Rights and Justice from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.
