Steven Terner is a multi-lingual, US-based American scholar and researcher. He spent six years in the Middle East where he earned an MA in Middle East Studies from Ben-Gurion University, an MA in Government with a specialization in Counter-terrorism and Homeland Security Studies from the Interdisciplinary Center, and a PhD in Contemporary Middle Eastern History from Tel Aviv University. He has worked at the Indian Embassy in Israel, the Atlantic Council, and Hudson Institute think tanks in Washington, DC, and the Jerusalem Post, where he reported on the Arab Spring.
