Xavier Palacios is a political risk analyst based in Nicosia, Cyprus. He specializes in emerging markets. He previously worked at West Sands Advisory, a UK-based international consultancy. Mr. Palacios holds a BA degree in History from the University of Barcelona, and two postgraduate degrees from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), and from the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (IBEI).
